The people Daniel Cowley, Consultant, Engineer, Sales (July 07, 2004 - present) As an independent business consultant, analyst and promoter, Daniel assists teams who strive to advance their business's mission and goals. Throughout his career, Dan has been working with many cross-functional teams throughout the world. He is a planner with a focus on implementating. A resident of Maricopa, Arizona since 2004, Dan Cowley was born in Illinois, grew up in West Africa from childhood through his mid-teens. He graduated from high school in South Carolina then earned a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. Prior to completing college, he went to work for John Deere as a co-op student during the summer of his last three years of college. Following graduation, Daniel continued working for John Deere until he moved to Maricopa. While working full-time for John Deere, he completed an MBA at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. In 2004, he formed a consulting company based in Arizona and was promptly recruited by an automotive client to assist on a 2.5 year assignment in Germany. Upon returning from Europe, he went to work on projects as a product and senior mechanical engineer in the Phoenix Metro area. In the latest, economic downturn, Dan has adapted a bit to working in the educational field. The productivity gains that occurred in industry are now very much demand in other sectors of the economy. Of late, he is involved managing business processes that include requirements management and changes. He held various positions that required software quality assurance, business process modeling, development of product definition standards, selection of Product Data Management (PDM) tools and selection of CAD modeling systems. He is familiar with many Product Life-cycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Requirements Planning (ERP) and Customer Requirements Management (CRM) tools on the market. Priscilla Cowley, Piano Training Specialist (1980's-present) Priscilla's love and appreciation for music is expressed in training others to master the art of playing the piano. Her students range from 4-years old through adult. Priscilla grew up on a farm in rural Iowa. She graduated from Alleman High School then went to school at Grace University in Omaha, Nebraska. Daniel and Priscilla are married. The couple has three children and all married; two living in Arizona and one in Wisconsin. They have five grandchildren living in Arizona. The company In 2004, FACETics, INC. was formed as an instructing and consulting company based in Tempe, Arizona. Daniel worked with some small companies in Chandler and Tempe. The company reorganized, relocated to Maricopa in 2010 and Priscilla re-established her piano studio in Maricopa. FACETics LLC is available to serve the variety of needs for our growing client base.
